Mindful In May 2015
In May, you have 21 chances to learn how to be happier at work with Mr Meditate. Take the opportunity to start your days with more awareness and balance, and be better prepared for the ups and downs ahead.
We have chosen the ‘Be Happier at Work’ theme because it affects everyone. It’s simple – if you are happier, you will (and want to) perform better.
The instructors leading the sessions will teach you ways to become calmer, more focused and clearer. Not only will it serve you in all aspects of your life (at work, at home), you will also be raising money for the building of water wells in Uganda. This of course, is as part of the wonderful MindfulInMay campaign.
Guided and silent drop-in sessions held weekdays 8.00-8.30am @ The Village, NAB 700 Bourke St, Docklands (right next to Southern Cross station) and is open to everyone.
