Weekly ‘drop-in’ sessions for when
you need to…or want to.

Become more clear, calm and collected. Come and practice a framework, an exercise, that helps your mind be more healthy, happy and less distracted. Sessions are guided and all levels are welcome. No special clothing or equipment is necessary. Strive for progress, not perfection.

1-on-1 Consultations

Consultations are customised to help you look after your most precious and valuable resource, your mind.

These techniques will help to calm, focus and clear your mind; and also to keep it balanced. And nothing can help you deal with the ups and downs of life than your own balanced mind.

1-on-1 consultations teach positive, practical, achievable and scientifically proven techniques which allow your mind to be more healthy, more mindful and less distracted.

Sessions can be held in your office, home or in multiple venues. For locations outside Melbourne’s inner city, extra may be charged for travel time and cost.

Take some time out of your busy life and escape to the beautiful surroundings of Daylesford. Situated in the heart of Victoria’s spa country, join the weekend with small, intimate groups, structured to move you towards optimal wellness. It will help you achieve and maintain balance in your life and be happier.


Meditation exercises for your mind to help you slow down and give you clarity and focus. Universal techniques are taught which help you master your loud and chatty mind so that you can tackle the ups and downs of life in a calmer and more balanced way.

Organic Body Massage (one hour) for your body to stimulate toxin elimination and gland cleansing (includes specialised head massage) – to induce deep relaxation of Mind Body & Soul.

Laughter Yoga which has the power to unwind stress and uplift joy; the power to slow down a racing heart and strengthen the mind; the power to raise the spirit and fend off pessimism…and all this in an instant. Sounds crazy, but works like magic!

Guided Walk. Get back to nature as we will walk around the rich mineral land in the local bush and forest areas. We will stroll down to the Mineral Water Reserve. The walks are easy and at beginner level.

Healing Bath (one hour) designed for your body! Let us prepare a natural blend of detoxing minerals, seaweed, healing minerals and vitamins (all natural) to suit only you.  We stock a wide variety of natural healing clays, seaweed, assorted magnesium’s and more.

Every effort will be made to ensure that session times are adhered to but sometimes (due to the requirements of your Mind Body or Soul) we may need to go overtime – and this we do at no extra cost to you if we believe this extra time will be beneficial to you.  If you do not wish to go over the timespan allotted above please ensure our therapists and healers are made aware of your needs.
