Nathalie has worked with global consulting firms for 15 years implementing business transformation initiatives and gained experienced across several industries, roles, geographies and cultures. She has an academic background in Computer Sciences and IT Project Management.
A deep mindfulness practice has been part of her corporate and personal life for over 10 years and she considers it to be an important enabler of her high performance and wellbeing.
Nathalie has been teaching mindfulness to organisations since 2014 and is Mr Meditate’s Nidra (sleep) workshop specialist helping many sleep deprived professionals. It’s a meditation practice that induces a state of deep, but conscious relaxation.
Nathalie is also a qualified Yoga instructor by Power Living Australia since 2012 and have taught yoga at Fitness First for several years. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience on different modalities of Mindfulness with forward thinking organisations.
