Coco has been involved with mindfulness and meditation for over 10 years. He has a background in MICBT (mindfulness integrated cognitive behavioural therapy) and MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction).
He is down to earth and offers practical strategies on mindfulness in workplace and corporate settings; specialising in mindful movement workshops and programs.

Coco is a sports coach and is certified in Chinese Taoist meditation and Shaolin Qi Gong which enables him to get the most out of each person in his workshops and reach desired outcomes for organisations.
