In a world where multi-tasking, lost attention and constant distractions have become the norm, it can be easy to confuse busyness with productivity.

Whenever we switch tasks, focus goes, and the mind has to adjust to new information. No wonder it can be difficult to concentrate!

By taking some time to slow down and create some calm, attention is more focused, tasks are more easily prioritised and work becomes easier to manage. Stress is reduced, which leaves us feeling happier and more alert during the busy work day.
