When performed, they bring a sustained type of happiness called 'Eudaimonia'

Eudaimonia is happiness and contentment

...fulfilled by the idea that we are living the best kind of daily life with our actions and behaviour all leading us to a sense of good.

It leaves a lasting sense of joy.

The other type of happiness

There are many different types of happiness that you can attain: joy, excitement, gratitude, pride, optimism, contentment and love, to name a few.

Remember, each person has something unique that makes them happy.

As you become more self-aware, you'll be able to reach a new level of contentment.

If you know, you know.
