Overview

This flagship 8 week habit creation program introduces practical techniques to be easily integrated into busy schedules. Learning through experience builds knowledge of a framework which looks after your teams most precious and valuable resource – their mind.

Various counter-intuitive ideas are explored including speeding up by slowing down. Participants are taught tools that increase attention spans and improve wellbeing.
