Leading with resilient minds: Tools for stability, attention & balance.
For leaders and CEO’s, this 60min experiential session introduces brain maintenance tools to stay present, intervene stress & trigger the relaxation response (needed to fall asleep).
As leaders, we need to learn how to make our brains more reliable.
Why is this important?
Because brain fog, exhaustion and sleep deprivation is happening everywhere. Leaders can't switch off and aren't coping with the constant onslaught of information. Mental health is impaired with fatigue, depression, stress and anxiety increasing; while memory and learning decreases.
The GOOD NEWS.
You can do something practical about it. And we’ll do it together in the session, experiential learning.
You’ll be introduced to a low-tech intervention called ‘Brain Breaks’ to create opportunities to unplug and pause; for better brain functioning, clarity and performance.
You’ll learn how this impacts employee mental health, psychosocial hazards, wellbeing and workplace culture, especially in the long run.
Equip yourself with tools to maintain your team’s most precious asset, their brain. Learn a process to make your and your team’s brains, more reliable.
Prevent > Maintain > Improve.

Leadership Immersion
Experiential learning of a skill that improves all other skills.
Lead the change.
Engagement starts with Leadership Teams (LT). After this immersion, your leaders will understand why and how workplace meditation impacts staff performance, wellbeing; and profitability. It’s also an opportunity for the LT to experience the practice (as a group) in the work context; and to then together explore its viability into the future.
