Relaxed & Alert - and the thin line in between.

Our first audience of 1000+ people. Super excited to announce I will be keynote speaking to over 1,200 delegates at the Innovation and Tech Fest International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) on 15-16 November 2023!  #LDTechFest #HRTechFest

Ups and downs.

After a week of ups and downs; joyful and not so joyful moments, flow and resistance; you've made it...to experience another Friday - lucky you!

Your equanimity as you navigate the challenges (and tribulations) is key; because it determines your experience.

In other words, your (balanced) attitude makes all the difference.

Constant change

Whether you like it or not, things are constantly changing. One measure suggests we change 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 per second.

When you factor that body has 7*1027 atoms (that's a 7 followed by 27 zero's after it) and your brain has 86 billion neurons making 105 trillion connections each second, it's probably about right.

So; this too shall change. It'll pass.

And here lies the key: "accepting reality as it is"...not the way you want it or don't want it to be; but as it is.

Being relaxed & alert.

There's a thin line here. If you're too relaxed, you won't be alert (and vice versa).

The key is hovering in that sweet spot in the middle.

And this applies not only in formal practice, but life in general.

Consider what changes this way of being would make in your life.
