World's #1 Best Stress Reduction Tool

Meditation is useful because it trains 'present' awareness, as you go.

You become mindful and notice more of what's actually happening.

It takes time and determination. It requires discipline...yet so does brushing your teeth. As a child, I bet you too resisted brushing, especially early on.

Yet after a while, it becomes a no-brainer, and you just do it...twice a day.

It's the same with meditation. Instead of oral hygiene, you do it for mental hygiene. Otherwise, truth decay will form ;)

World's #1 Best Stress Reduction Tool

Meditation not only reduces stress, it replaces it with calm and stability.

You go into a controlled, relaxed state. And little by little, the thoughts, tensions and stresses, subside.

If you know anything better than meditation, please share it...and I'll start practicing right away and teaching it soon after.

Suggestion: Give meditation a proper trial, and see for yourself.

Ten minutes, 3 times a week. That's all it takes to maintain the benefits.

Meditation changes you physiologically.

The chemicals in your brain react to emotion.

A person that is hysterical, will generate more chemicals in the brain to make them more hysterical. The same goes for composure or balance.

The chemical make up of your brain is a byproduct of your moods, feelings and attitudes.

The key here: You control the architecture of your brain.

Now that's something to think about...or better still, do something about.

It's up to you.
