Practice makes permanent.
Practice doesn't make perfect.
Practice makes permanent. And your progress is more important than perfection.
Just like meditation, it's so simple to grasp, not necessarily easy to do.
It's easy to conceptualise & rationalise, but to do consistently...takes practice.
With meditation (mental skills in attention + attitude), the minimum effective dose to maintain the benefits, is 10mins, three times a week. Every week.
Do these blogs help?
Let's be real, if these blogs are not getting you into practice, then they're simply acting as more stimulation.
It's more information for your brain to process. The more it processes, the harder it has to work. Hence the importance of brain breaks. Just like with you at work, it also needs a break.
The neuroscientists recommend five, 5 minute brain breaks a day. These establish quiet zones to keep the brain functioning well, by allowing different brain regions to connect.
This positively impacts learning and memory.
Only through (your own) experience, can this be known.
