Riding the waves of life’s ups and downs.

Things look the same after one step.

After 1000 steps, everything is different.

The key is to keep taking steps, in your chosen direction.

Over time, the changes become completely obvious.

Meditate and feel great.

Having a regular practice of silence and stillness, not only cultivates serenity, it smooths out the ups and downs that we all experience...all of our lives. 

You develop the ability to let go eg. of something someone did or said that was unpleasant or unwanted. 

Life offers all sorts of opportunities to learn and grow. One of the most powerful lesson's to learn (and experience) in practice...is the shift out of (blindly) reacting to circumstances, to mindfully responding.

This is up to you. You decide.

So regardless what life throws your way, you're better able to ride the waves. Consider meditation as a metaphorical surfboard to ride life's waves, instead of being crushed by them.

We're all a work in progress. Go easy on yourself. Especially with meditation.
