Left to your own devices…
So why the weekly sessions?
I'm glad you asked ;)
Regular group practice, introduces many techniques, teachings and gives context on the application of this powerful 'gem' of a technique.
It impacts and enhances our entire life (and those around us).
It helps keeps us be accountable, consistent and to stay with the practice when you're meditating. You know that others are sitting there with you, partaking in the same technique.
When meditating solo, it's easier to get distracted and interrupt practice i.e. to respond to a text or email, a bing or a ding 🔔.
It's up to you.
A wonderful group dynamic forms because sitting in stillness and silence, whilst training concentration and awareness; is such a revealing, unravelling and useful thing to do.
You'll know this through your own experience if you have a regular practice of at least 3 x 10 minutes per week.
Left to your own devices...
...means to allow someone to do whatever they want without any guidance or supervision. It's essentially letting them make their own decisions and act independently.
This is our goal for you, so you can meditate whenever you need to or want to...knowing what you're doing, and why.
Workplace meditation is changing the game. Enhance mental health and improve performance in your workplace.
