Your brain helps us move, interact, feel, experience and remember.
It's responsible for everything you are today...yet most people spend more time looking after their appearance, their social media posts and even their hair; than they do looking after their minds. It's crazy!
You can make your brain smarter.
It's under your control.
The brain adjusts and grows according to what is being practiced. You practice stress, and your ability to stress improves.
When you practice calm & stability; you're able to remain composed amidst all the wanted and unwanted situations.
This is where the training comes in.
It requires discipline and practice for it to grow. In other words, use it and it will get stronger. Don't use it, and it will atrophy.
The brain is an organ, yet it works like a muscle. It will get fitter over time, more resistant to disease and injury.
Establishing quiet zones for the brain.
The more information you pump into your brain, the harder it has to work.
Our brains cannot handle this constant onslaught of information.
Allow your brain to go into neutral, let it idle & rest, let it be bored. This settles the pre-frontal cortex (the executive function) and allows other brain regions to connect.
Not only is there a recharge and serenity, you are able to process information better and remember more too.
