We are all in the attention economy.
Technology companies want your attention...and they know how to get it.
Information is thrust upon us and our brains can't cope with the constant onslaught.
The more information you pump into your brain, the harder it has to work.
The result: Attention spans are dwindling. We are more distracted than ever.
Having 50 Tabs open.
When you have 50 Tabs open, it slows down the processor.
Eventually the machine will crash and close all the tabs for you.
You will feel great that it's done it for your rather than having to close them yourself.
This is where awareness becomes very useful because what you notice, you can change. Yourself
