Make best use of precious time with workplace meditation.

The new rich are the time rich.

And yet, we all have 24 hours in our days. How we spend it, makes all the difference.

Every day counts.

TIP: Make best use of your precious time.

Rumination & Projection.

According to Harvard, the average person is lost in thought 47% of the time!

This next part of the study is attention grabbing...or is it? "When you're lost in thought, you can't be happy."

Interestingly, most thoughts are focused on the past (what happened, what was said or done) or the future...(what will happen, what will be said or done).

Is this the case for you too?

Happiness only happens now.

Short circuiting the mind out of the past or future and into the present is a useful thing to do. Laughter does it. And so does sitting in stillness and silence.

It helps the stimulation, distraction and overload of information...settle down. What's left is 'falling awake' to the life as it's happening...moment by moment.

Consider this:

The things all human beings desire occur in the present.

Love. Happiness. Freedom. Truth. Peace of mind.

What do you do to stay grounded in the present?

Corporate meditation is a way to train the mind to deal with distractions, develop stability and calm an unruly mind.

Why? Because this unruly mind, really does need to be tamed.
